1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between MB Baji and its users. They apply to all use of the platform, whether accessed via the MB Baji website, mobile app, or any other channel.

MB Baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To create an account with MB Baji, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one MB Baji account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the member's responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify MB Baji immediately.
• If KYC verification is requested, it must be completed within the specified timeframe.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to participate on MB Baji is 18. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Age is verified based on the date of birth provided at registration.

MB Baji reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time using a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. If a member is found to have registered while under 18 years of age:

1. The account will be closed immediately.
2. All deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
3. The relevant authorities will be notified if required.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

You can easily deposit on MB Baji via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Limits

• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000

Payment Processing

Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. If a technical issue causes a delay, it will be resolved within 1 hour. If a deposit fails and funds have been deducted, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal on MB Baji. Withdrawals may be held up until the KYC process is complete.

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• VIP members receive priority withdrawals.

Withdrawal Terms

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own wagering terms, which are stated on the bonus page. When withdrawing, any portion of your balance derived from bonuses is calculated separately.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

MB Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wager of 15x the bonus amount is required. The wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Some games do not contribute — or only partially contribute — to bonus wagering requirements.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be closed.
• MB Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

Sports Betting

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• MB Baji reserves the right to correct any odds that were issued due to a technical error.
• Payments may be suspended in cases of suspicious betting patterns.

Live Casino & Slots

• The game provider's terms and conditions also apply.
• If your internet connection drops, the game result will be saved on the server.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MB Baji. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Submitting a fake ID or false personal information.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to MB Baji's systems.
